1. Platform Usage

The Trades That Win Proposal Builder is provided as a guidance and support tool included within your membership. Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into the platform. All generated proposals should be carefully reviewed before being sent to customers. We provide no guarantee of winning work through the use of this tool.

2. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain full ownership of your uploaded content, customer data, and the specific proposal data you generate.

Our Platform: RareEdge Ltd retains all ownership rights to the Trades That Win platform, including the software, branding, templates, systems, automation logic, AI structures, and frameworks. Use of the platform does not transfer any ownership of these assets to you.

3. Membership Access

The proposal tool is included free as part of your Trades That Win membership. There are no separate software purchases, and access may change or end if your membership ends. No separate software ownership is granted.

4. Limitation of Liability

RareEdge Ltd is not liable for any losses, disputes, or damages resulting from inaccurate information entered by users, or from the use of proposals generated by this tool. You remain fully responsible for your own legal, regulatory, and contractual compliance when dealing with your customers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, upload any harmful content, impersonate others, or infringe upon any copyrights.

6. Modifications

We continuously aim to improve the Trades That Win platform. RareEdge Ltd reserves the right to update, modify, or enhance the software, templates, and systems over time without prior notice.
